How to Submit an Offer

When submitting an offer with Frost Real Estate, you can be certain of our integrity and discretion.

If you’re interested in submitting an offer on any of the properties listed For Sale with Frost Real Estate, we welcome you to provide your details in person or online at Submit An Offer.  We trust that you have viewed the property by private inspection and have obtained a copy of the section 32/vendor’s statement and read the required Due Diligence Checklist.

After submitting your details in person or online, your agent will use your details to fill out a contract of sale, which will then be presented to you for perusal and signature.
We request that you contact the Sales Consultant entrusted to sell your desired property by email or phone to discuss your offer and ask any further questions.
As soon as we are notified of a buyer’s intent to submit an offer on a contract of sale, we then proceed to inform all other buyers.  Additional buyers will be given between 24 and 48 hours to submit an offer (subject to vendor’s availability).  During this time, vendors may choose to strengthen or reconsider their offer before all offers are submitted to the vendor at the same time.

It is the vendors decision to accept, reject or counter offers.  As their representative, our agents act on the vendors behalf and as such may or may not contact buyers for further negotiation.

Many of our vendors choose not to contact the buyers again as we often present offers that are above the vendor’s expectations.  With this said, it is important that buyers know the importance of submitting their highest and best offer the first time.
We are committed to ensuring our buyers have been given every opportunity to do everything within their power to secure the property for themselves.
