We Go Where Our Clients Need Us to Go

Throughout our decade-long journey in the real estate industry, we’ve dispelled the notion that an agent must be local to sell property successfully. With the power of technology at their fingertips, buyers can explore listings from anywhere, rendering geographical boundaries a thing of the past.

The map above identifies the suburbs and areas in which we have sold.

From time to time, sellers ask us whether the location of an agent truly matters. In reality, the emphasis on being “local” primarily serves the interests of agents who seek to protect their turf. Promoting the local agent is an example of agents prioritizing their own interests over yours. This strategy often benefits “local agents,” as establishing a strong presence in a specific area can naturally attract more business. A common saying in the real estate industry is, “Boards bring boards.” Unfortunately, home sellers tend to place their trust in the agency that appears to dominate the area rather than the one that delivers the best results.

While many agents emphasize their “local” status to boost their business, we’ve chosen a different path. Our sole objective has always been to go where home sellers need us. Whether it’s on a nearby street or across the state, we are committed to providing unparalleled service and expertise, regardless of your location.

To date, we’ve successfully sold properties in over 95 suburbs and have travelled as far as Indented Heads, Yarra Junction, and Chelsea. More regularly, we serve home sellers in the Mitchell Shire, Macedon Ranges, Whittlesea Council, Banyule and Nillumbik Shire areas. As long as we can dedicate the necessary time to showcase your property through private inspections, we can sell your home.
