Renee Frost

Hi, I’m Renee, one of the Directors at Frost Real Estate. Here’s a glimpse into who I am:

Background: I grew up in Coldstream, Victoria, in a 12-square brick veneer home with a gravel driveway and a spacious backyard.

Inspirations: My role models growing up included Mrs Burgess, my grade 2 teacher; Suzanne Halliday, the co-owner of Coldstream Hills Winery; and Laurel Diamond, my manager at KMart.

First Job: I started my sales experience at 14, working at KMart and later at Target. I coupled this work with babysitting and child-minding to support myself while studying.

Education: I hold a double bachelor’s degree in primary and secondary teaching, complemented by an additional Early Childhood Degree. Furthermore, I pursued specialized studies in Early Years Montessori Teaching.

Family Life: At 23, I met Craig, and at 24, we were married. We had our 2 children 17 months apart, who are now young adults, Grace and Noah.

Homes Enjoyed: Together, our family have lived in over 21 houses, including two renovations, three constructions, and nine rentals, before finding our forever home.

Professional Journey: My career has encompassed a diverse array of roles, spanning from events coordination and newspaper distribution management to marketing leadership. Additionally, I have brought my expertise to the field of education, serving as a teacher at both early years and primary and secondary school levels.

Entrepreneurial Venture: As a Director at Frost Real Estate, I’m passionate about challenging the conventional and often agent-centric practices prevalent in the real estate industry to provide a positive alternative for people selling their homes.

Client Interaction: My primary focus involves preparing clients’ properties for sale, overseeing transformations, and coordinating the marketing of homes. I also handle the behind-the-scenes operations at Frost Real Estate.

Guiding Others: Whether at work or in personal relationships, I’m driven to use my experience and expertise for the benefit of others. I love being able to support people to make informed decisions for their own success.

Passions: Outside of work, I find contentment in spending time in my house and garden, creating a beautiful space to relax with family and friends.
